How can I pay for my order?
Our online shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, JCB and all the major credit cards, Debit cards and local payment schemes like Maestro, Electron and more. All prices quoted on this site are in GBP Sterling, and your credit/debit card will be charged in GBP Sterling.
You can also pay using your Paypal account which give you the option of paying with your credit card via Paypal or paying using your bank account with Paypal.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely. Your card details are not held on our website/server, all transactions are processed using the secure system 'Worldpay', an important part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group,the 5th biggest banking group in the world. WorldPay payment solutions are trusted by thousands of customers worldwide.
Paypal is also a secure way to pay where your credit card details are not entered into our site at all.

Can I send my order as a gift to someone?
Yes. During Checkout you can enter a separate delivery address if you would like your order sent to someone else.

Can I send a personal message with my gift order?
Yes. If you want to send a personal message please include "Gift Card" when placing your order. You will then be asked what you want as your personal message. The gift card will then be handwritten with your personal message and included with the gift.

Can I specify a particular delivery date?
No, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a particular delivery date but we will try our best to help if you want something sent close to someone's birthday or special occasion.

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
In the unlikely event that the products currently online are out of stock we will contact you immediately by email and offer a full refund, or fulfill your order once a delivery time has been agreed by you as acceptable. Or you may be offered a replacement item.

What's your returns policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order please inform us immediately and we will resolve any issues to your satisfaction. We offer a 'no quibble money back' policy if the product is returned and received in perfect condition within 30 days. Your card will be credited with the full amount minus any return shipping costs incurred.

What is your policy on privacy?
We do not share your details with anyone else.

How do I buy my santa grotto toys?
Go to our Santa Grotto section and click "add to cart". The next page will ask you what split of toys you want from the pictured selection.

How do I get my toys wrapped free?
Once you've added your toys to the cart. Continue shopping. On the Santa Grotto toys page below each section of toys you'll see a yellow gift wrapped present. Click on this and when prompted add the number of toys you require wrapped.

Can I be invoiced?
Yes you can be invoiced with your order. Simply choose "Invoice with Order" as your method of payment at checkout.

Can the invoice be sent to another address?
Yes. You can get your invoice sent to a different address to your santa grotto toys. Just tick the box at checkout and input the different addresses when asked.

Can I pay in other ways?
Yes. You can pay by credit card or debit card using our secure server. Or you can pay using your Paypal account using either your credit card or debit card or bank account.

How will I know my order is being processed?
You will receive an email confirmation that will detail what you have ordered and how you have chosen to pay. This means your order has been received by us and is being processed.

Can I specify what date my grotto is on and thus when I'll need the toys by?
Yes. We ask you at checkout what date your event is on. We endeavour to ensure that your toys are with you in time for your event but we ask that you place your order as early as possible to prevent disappointment. We ask that you give us at least 7 days. If, however, you have a santa grotto toy emergency please call our santa grotto advisers on 0870 760 7217.
If for any reason we cannot fulfil your request in time we will email you to let you as soon as possible.

How much is shipping?
For orders within the UK we charge a flat rate of £4.50 for shipping regardless of how many toys you buy. For international santa grotto toys orders please contact us on 0870 760 7217 or email us at sales@toys-to-you.co.uk.

Is there a minimum order for Santa Grotto toys?
No. There is no minimum or maximum order.

Do you offer discounts for customers purchasing hundreds of santa grotto toys?
No. All our santa grotto toy ranges are priced to be bought in bulk and we do not offer a discount no matter how many toys you are ordering.
